QMS Software has released Version 6.0i of its Ulysses CRM Suite. It was launched at the recent Service Desk exhibition in London. This release, in addition to adding significant new capabilities, incorporates Microsoft s .NET Framework 3.0, SQL Server 2005 and Windows Workflow technologies. Specific attention has been paid to international usage by including a powerful customisation module as standard. While the largest number of installations is still in Ireland, Ulysses has had a significant number of sales in the USA, UK, Germany, South Africa, Malaysia and China. |
