QMS Software Ltd announces Version 6i of its Ulysses CRM Suite |

During a recent visit to Malaysia by QMS’s Frank Cole and Duncan Styles, contracts were agreed with Fonterra for five systems that are being deployed across the Asia Pacific region. Fonterra is New Zealand’s largest company. During the same visit Ulysses was purchased by ITS, a large system integrator and the main Dell installation organisation for Malaysia.
With ten installations of Ulysses in Malaysia alone, QMS Software has a team of four people based in the capital, Kuala Lumpur, that market and support clients in the region.
A new Distributor, Fourier Labs, was also signed up to sell Ulysses in Singapore.
QMS Software is continuing to look for suitable Distributors worldwide to complement the existing group.
Frank Cole, Director of QMS Software says “We believe that there are significant opportunities for our mid range Service Management and Complaint Management solutions based on our Ulysses CRM Suite in the Asia Pacific region. Recent sales show that Ulysses can compete successfully against both local and international competitors. Our longer term goal is to gain a real foothold in the Chinese market.” |
