where it is the market leader, and in the UK by QMS Software. Internationally it is sold and supported by Business
Partners that have been fully trained and authorised. They are also expert in
Service Management and CRM implementation. Partners currently exist in
Germany, South Africa, Malaysia and Singapore.

Software products including Track-It! and FootPrints. Track-It! is the leading
IT Helpdesk and Asset Management system in Ireland.
